Our Student Council hosted a bake sale in aid of Meath Womens Refuge in October. Today, we were honoured and delighted to give Deirdre Murphy, manager of Meath Womens Refuge, a cheque for €500 from our school.
Meath Womens Refuge was established to provide information, crisis accommodation, counselling, outreach support, and transitional housing to women and their children. More information about the work of this valuable service can be accessed here.
