We at TFW Foodservices are delighted to be offering our canteen services to St Joseph’s Mercy Secondary School. We have over 10 years experience in the school catering sector and pride ourselves on serving freshly prepared great quality food daily to our students. We will have a fully qualified chef onsite to make sure our menu is delivered at the highest standards. We will offer a daily staple menu which will include fresh fruit salads, granola bowls with yogurts, selection of sandwiches, salad rolls, paninis, filled baguettes, pastries, scones, salad pots, pasta and noodle pots, homemade soup. In conjunction with these staples we will offer a weekly rotating menu consisting of 2 hot dinners, a morning break special, a sambo special. These menus will be circulated weekly.
We also welcome suggestions for our menus and will work alongside the students to include theme days and cultural food events throughout the year. At TFW Foodservices we run a cashless card system which works brilliantly. Information on the set up of these cards will be attached and once registered your daughter’s card will be available for pick up in the canteen. We do however accept cash should you prefer but we try to encourage the card system.
