We are delighted to announce that Mercy has been awarded a 2023 Meta Data Centre Community Action Grant. The awards ceremony took place at the Clonee Data Centre on Wednesday 29th March. Through their Data Centre Community Action Grants programme, Meta provides funding for not for profits and schools — and their projects that help put the power of technology to use for community benefit, connect people online or off and improve STEM education — to support the long-term vitality of Meath. The grant will be used to create a student-centred STEM Studio in Mercy aimed at empowering students to embark on future careers in STEM and addressing gender inequality in STEM.
