Open Night
Tour Information
Our Open Night takes place on Thursday, 2nd October. It begins at 5pm and concludes at 7pm.
The tour will take approximately 90 minutes.
Arrivals after 5pm are not guaranteed to see all rooms on show, and will be directed to join a tour group in progress.
Principal’s Talks
Our school Principal Mr. McCormack, along with other students and staff will address visitors at 5.35pm and 6.35pm. You will be asked to indicate which talk you wish to attend upon arrival, and allocated to a group accordingly.
Please note space at the talks are limited and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Health & Safety
In the interests of Health & Safety for all visitors and members of our school community, you must remain with your designated group for the entire tour.
It is not possible to swap tour groups throughout the evening.
Should you need to depart early, or leave the group for any reason, please discuss this with your Tour Guide. We will do our best to facilitate your request.
AEN and Sensory
If your daughter has any sensory needs or requires additional assistance throughout the evening, please let us know upon arrival. Our team will be more than happy to work with you to ensure she has a wonderful and enjoyable evening with us.
Parking
There will be a limited amount of parking available on the school grounds, which will be open from 4.45pm. Please follow the directions of our parking stewarts.
Parking on the school grounds is available on a first-come-first serve basis. Please have alternative arrangement in place in the event our car park is full.
