As part of their Geography course, our Transition Years visited Turlough Hill ESB generating station on Thursday November 29th. They toured the station deep within the Wicklow Mountains and visited the control room and the artificial lake 700m above sea level. Thank you to the ESB for hosting us and to Mr McCoy and Ms Walsh for organising.
