During the second half of their day trip to Dublin on February 1st, our TY Spanish students sampled some authentic Spanish tapas in ‘Salamanca’ tapas restaurant in Dublin. Students enjoyed various dishes such as patatas bravas, paella and albóndigas (meatballs). Thank you to Mr McManus for organising this for the TY students, who enjoyed tasting new foods and seeing what they are learning in class brought to life!
St Joseph’s is introducing Spanish as a brand-new subject from September 2024 for first year students, as part of our commitment to engaging with students and parents and widening subject choice in our school.
